Oh Home Depot! How we have missed you!! We haven't been to do the Home Depot kids' workshop since we lived in Georgia! So sad! I missed it a few times by accident and skipped it others time on purpose, but we went this past Saturday and had the best time. This was Lulli's first time actually doing to project. She got her own apron and loved every second of it.
They held the workshop outside (which was a little hot, but still fun) and the kids built cars, like the car from Despicable Me. They love it when the projects involve painting. Matix used so much paint, he may as well have dipped his car into the paint bucket. Hawken was meticulous and made sure to get every edge with "no lumpy paint" anywhere. Lulli painted her car a little, and her hands, and me...
They had free hotdogs and water bottles and stickers and certificates and pins... and of course they got new cool cars that they built themselves! What a FUN day. Can't wait until next month!

Oh fun. I've been meaning to go and always forget!
It is a fun place to go. We took the cub scouts and Aidan and Baylee were there and all of them had a great time.
