Brazos Bend

We went to the alligator park again on a not too hot day. The kids love it there, and it's so picturesque.

At first we didn't see any alligators, but we did find some cool spiders and a frog.

The kids did lots of exploring and climbing along the way to the alligator part.

Solace NEEDED to bring his bike, but is super slow. So eventually he had to be pulled, which he thought was the worst idea ever. Poor thing.

Then we started to see the alligators… So exciting and scary at the same time.

Can you spot the alligator in this first picture?

How about now, with it zoomed in?

Then we saw LOTS more. More than we could count. Most were very small, but some were HUGE and very menacing.

Lullaby wanted a crown made of these weedy flowers. It got REALLY bushy, but she loved it.

Before we left, I heard rustling up close to the path… It turned out to be an armadillo. I have never seen one that wasn't road kill. Pretty cool looking.

What a cute happy baby I have. And he's always covered in dirt.

A couple last pictures from the day. I love this family of mine. They are so much fun.

These big boys are ALWAYS on the move, so even when we're all together as a family, I hardly get to see them. Aren't they getting BIG?!

bath time

The befores and afters are SHOCKING… Wow! And no joke, the befores were taken LESS THAN 24 hours since their last bath.

Lullaby

I love this little nakey girl. She is just so cute and fun!
