The kids got these fidget spinners in the mail from Grandpa Chuck and were SO happy! They had been asking for them, since they are the new HOT toy, and lots of friends had them. They're super awesome. Thanks Grandpa.

field trip
I FINALLY got to be a volunteer on one of Hawken's field trips. He was so excited. My group consisted of ALL boys, including his three besties, Hayden, Ryan, and Logan. We had a great time and went to the movie theater to see "Born in China" and it was awesome!
babysitting
When we babysat Emma and Cybil all day (for Jeff and Pam's anniversary) we had a day full of fun. We baked cookies, swam in the pool, ate lunch, dinner, watched a movie and got ready for bed. So much fun.
The next day we decorated the cookies. The kids had a great time. Then Jeff and Pam brought over cupcakes. It was a par-tay!
art
This is a chicken that Sully made in class. I love it so much. Cute little thing. Those black marks are the legs.
impromptu tea party
My friend Shara came over and brought her youngest kiddies. Emma came over too, and the girls requested a tea party. They were so cute together.
business stuff
Paul helps patients in Oahu to get their 329 cards for medical marijuana. It's a better medicine for lots of patients than prescription drugs, or worse things like heroin. He was invited to a fancy dinner by the owners of one of the dispensaries here. He also gave him a tour of the soon-to-open dispensary office. It's exciting stuff, especially when I get to tag along!
preschool party
Sully had an end-of-the-year school party at the splash pad. So you know I had to make some cookies... They're meant to look like water.
Sully had a great time running around, splashing in the water, eating all the yummy food, and playing with his friends. He made lots of really nice friends in his class this year.
When we got home, Lullaby helped me frost the last few cookies. She's getting pretty good too! The big boys were happy to help eat up the rest of the cookies when they got home from school.
nature
There are a bunch of these Rainbow Eucalyptus trees around the kids' school. The bark is so many different colors, it's so pretty!
