travel plans!!

We're heading out again! We are in Arizona, although you wouldn't know because I am still blogging about our Utah adventures... We have been here for just over a week and are now on our way to Texas. We will overnight once in northern Texas, and then stay a couple days in Houston with my friend Laurel. Paul's brother Dale and his family just moved back there, so we will see them too. Hooray!! After that we will be heading back to Miami with another very quick stop in Ocala to visit another friend, Phil. We plan to be back in Miami on Saturday. I am not thinking I will be able to do any blogging in the mean time... So, for those of you who send me emails when I don't blog, now you know, so please be patient. :) We will have my phone on and with us if you need to get in contact. Wish us safe and quick travel! :)

Hawken

How cute is this little guy?! I just want to eat him up!! :)

The Roof

We went to "The Roof" in Salt Lake City with Kipp and Krystal to celebrate! They were celebrating their 6th wedding anniversary and we were celebrating Paul's great score on the step! Hooray!! What wonderful reasons to celebrate, right? :)

The food was AMAZING. I took pictures of the food, and of course they don't do it justice. The mahi mahi was my favorite. I ate until I thought I might burst.

Kipp was showing off his martinelli's skills. :)

We had such a great time with these two. Thanks for a great date night!!

backyard fun

Grandma and grandpa Berg have the BEST backyard. Only made better by pushes on the swing by grandma Stacy and rock climbing with grandpa Lee and a zip line put up by daddy. Awesome.

The Hogle Zoo

Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City was another fun adventure! Kipp and Krystal came with their kids, Grandma Berg, Grandma Stacy, us and our kids and Steph and her kids! Wow!! It was a big group and so much fun.

The kids (and Paul) played around with some of the toys. :)

There was a dinosaur exhibit going on there too and we got to see a bunch of dinos built to scale. They could move and make noises and were very exciting! The real animals were just as exciting. The elephant was especially charming.

This statue of an elephant outside the exhibit was hilarious!! It would sneeze on you! The kids thought it was SO SO funny, especially Matix! :)

The gorilla area was fun too.

We tried to get all the kids on this dino. Notice Matix in the back loving Taylee. Cute.

We ended the day on the train, which was the boys favorite thing ever! It was very cool. What a fun day!

Salt Lake Children Museum

We went to the children's museum in Salt Lake City with Steph, her kids, grandma Berg and grandma Stacy.
It was a huge museum and not very crowded. The kids ran around and tried out everything. There are too many cool things to write about each thing individually, so I will just post all pictures together. Watching the boys explore and create and have fun is always so much fun. What a great day! :)
