Disney - food
The food at DisneyLand wasn't as overpriced as I thought it would be. Our family of 6 ate there for only a tiny bit more than we do when we eat out at Chick-Fil-A or something similar to that. The snacks were more pricey than our usual kid snacks, but while in Disney...
Stacy took us all to eat lunch at this BBQ place inside the park and it was SO yummy. If all BBQ places tasted like this, I would always suggest it when we were going out. The boys were being extra silly and cracking each other up.
Then Matix got pulled up on stage to help the entertainer during lunch. Matix's job was to ring the triangle at certain points of the song, and he took his job very seriously. It was adorable.
Later on, all the kids were welcomed to the stage to help out with a song and actions that went along with it. Solace and Lullaby just stood still and watched, but Matix and Hawken loved it.
More Disney pics
Here are more pictures from our DisneyLand adventure. It really was such a WONDERFUL trip.
Adventures in Toon Town...
It's A Small World after all...
Our hotel was very near to the park and we walked there and back each day, instead of paying to park. The kids did mostly well with it, even after a very long day. Solace loved to stop and smell the flowers. Literally. It made the walk a lot longer, but he looked so cute doing it!
Colleen gave each of the big kids a pin, that they could use to trade with the employees with. Matix and Hawken were especially crazy about wanting to trade pins with every person they saw who had them.
Elsa and her castle...
More rides and fun. The trip was magical. Paul and I kept saying it, and it was true.
Disneyland even has a petting zoo… Did you know that?
Pirate Island was another favorite. The kids loved riding the ferry over and exploring the caves.
More fun times… I love these kids of mine.
The YODA hat. I could not have picked a better person to wear that hat. It was so funny and cute on him. He loved all the attention he got while wearing it too.
Spraying me with her POWERS (Arendelle was right behind her on the Story Book ride).
Loving on Baby Saras and saying goodbyes. Colleen, Saras and Stacy left after a couple days and we continued our adventure...
And you know we HAD to get a group shot before we left. It was so much fun having Stacy and Colleen come out for a little bit!
