Because both the big boys did so well in their Pinewood Derby Race, they got to go to the Island-wide races. There were some REALLY fancy cars there, and our boys go out pretty fast. They were good sports about it and still cheered on Ethan, who came in 3rd for the whole island of Kauai. It was pretty exciting!
It was fun to be there with all the other troops. Each troop had a game or activity, led by the boys, for everyone to try out. Lots of vendors came too and set up games and crafts, and sold their items. The kids left with prizes and tattoos, and plants, and lots of good memories. They sure did a nice job making it fun for everyone. They loved the petting zoo and all the free samples of strange foods the best.
