This is how it goes in our house... Daddy is the coolest, and everything he does will be mimicked. I think Paul is very pleased with himself that he has his own little fan club here. Look in the background of these pictures, Matix is watching Paul. Great! :)

look-alike
Hawken was trying on Paul's sunglasses and I said, "Hawken, look at me and make a face like Daddy!" This was his response... Any resemblance? :)

Sunday
One of our favorite Sunday activities after church is over (and naps are over) is to go to the University of Miami campus. It is so pretty. It is nice to be able to go somewhere with just our family and hang out. This is Paul thinking take the picture already!
I love this baby, she is soooo sweet.
The boys of course found some great sticks. They were being Captain Hook, a new favorite bad guy.
I think Hawken is starting to look like Matix, especially in this picture.
Lullaby is still into swaddling, really tight on top and loose-ish on the bottom.
These pictures were from a different Sunday. This Sunday we went to spend some time with some of our friends from the ward. I didn't get any pictures this time, but I think we will do it again soon, our kids had a great time with their kids (Kenny-4 and Ellie-2). Very fun.

3 kids!
I wanted a new picture of the 3 kids together, but it was way too hard to pose with all of them looking (forget smiling all at the same time!), so I just put them next to each other and started snapping away. I got some pretty funny pictures, and it turns out I like these better than the posed ones anyway. It shows their personalities.
And the look alike award goes to Lullaby and Matix. :) Even when they are not posing, Lullaby looks very similar to what Matix looked like as a newborn.
big
This was the outfit my mom took me home from the hospital in when I was a newborn. I tried it on Lullaby just this past week and now I see where she gets her chunkiness from... Me. :) She is a BIG baby, and fit this outfit still after 2 months! I apparently fit into this at a few days old. Yikes.
Hawken of course, needed to be near his baby. He spends all day either touching her, kissing her, or asking where she is (if she's in her crib in the other room). Lullaby you are well loved.
trick-or-treating
This is the last Halloween adventure I needed to post about. The boys went (kind of) real trick-or-treating. This one was at the mall. It's an outdoor mall, and all the shops had people out front with candy. We were going to meet up with some friends there, but we were late. :/ Oops. It was fun anyway. On our way to the mall everyone would comment on our cute boys. Lullaby spent most of this trip in the stroller with her costume laying on top of her (it was too warm that evening).
The boys remembered how to do it and had a great time. Not every store still had candy (because we were late), so that part could have been disappointing, but the boys would have been just fine with one piece of candy. The Disney store gave out "Cars 2" stuff (which the boys were SUPER excited about.
Hawken took some time to window shop along the way. :)
After Barnes and Noble tried to give Matix a sticker (instead of CANDY-how dare they :), he had a melt down and we decided it was time to go home. :) It was already after their bedtimes anyway. Paul had to carry the boys on the way back to the car. They were both exhausted. I carried the baby. It was a fun Halloween this year, and I think next year we will try out the door to door thing. We shall see.

Lullaby is 2 months old!
Yesterday, this little lady turned 2 months old!!! Ahhh! This is happening too fast! She is still really big, and really heavy, and REALLY cute. :) She spits up less now than she did, and sleeps about the same (6pm-7am waking twice to nurse). She loves her brothers, despite them smothering her with kisses every chance they get. Lullaby is SUCH a good baby, we are so happy. We celebrated by going to the park with some friends for a play date.
This is her new friend LizBella and her mom Megan, who Lullaby thought were hilarious. She smiled and cooed at them from her stroller. Cute. Her smiles are getting more and more frequent and purposeful, and we LOVE them.
Of course, these 2 silly boy went to the park too and had a great time.
We went with 4 other moms and their kiddos, and it looks like I will be starting up the play group again. I was on a temporary break from play group since Lullers was so little, until now. I'm back! Oh, and Lullaby has acquired quite a few nicknames: Lulla, Luller-Bye, Lullers, Lully, Baby Buh-Bye, Lully Buly Boo, Sweets, Princess Baby... the list goes on I'm sure. Happy 2 months baby!

The Little Farm
We went to the pumpkin patch 2 times this year. The first time we got there pretty late, so we couldn't do as much stuff as we wanted. This was our first time:
This was the highlight. The kids got to SIT on horses. We didn't pay for the ride because it was closing time, so they only let the boys sit on them. Matix and Hawken thought they rode them. Boy are they going to be shocked when they actually get to sit and ride on a moving horse. :) Matix kept saying "YEE-HAW!!!" He really loved it.

Then it was Hawken's turn. He did it only because Matix did it first, and obviously it looked like a great time... But he did NOT like it. He made this "I'm going to be sick" face the whole time. I asked him if he wanted to get off and he said "Yes. My horsey is too big and scary. I don't like that." It was adorable though. :)

Trip number 2. Only slightly confusing because Matix wore that orange shirt that Hawken wore the first time. :) Visiting the animals. This was the nicest sheep I have ever seen. He was SO friendly. I wanted to keep him, and so did the boys. :)

And then it poured... I was off by the pumpkin pile trying to get a good picture of Lullaby on her first Halloween, and I could see off across the farm 3 soaking wet people running around. Turns out they were my boys. :) Of course they were. Here I am with Lullaby hiding under a tarp, shiny wet pumpkins in the background.

Having fun.
Daddy loving his baby girl. Cute.
My high hopes for a great pumpkin picture were shattered when I sat Lullaby down and a huge drop of rain plopped right on her arm and gave her this lovely terrified look. Not as cute as I wanted.
The boys had the most fun in the rain. Although I had wanted to get some good pictures, I guess the adventure was more memorable for them instead. It was a very memorable experience. Here's to going with the flow and having fun in the moment, like playing in the rain.
The boys had to be stripped naked (which they love) for the ride home.
Lullaby was traumatized from the experience and rode the whole way home holding my hand. When I tried to let go she would scream... Hmm...
