We spent the day at the beach, playing in the sun. Grandpa bought everyone ice cream in fun flavors. Alexandra wore her mermaid tail and got rides around in the tube. Bradley went as deep in the water as he could, as usual. Jolie tried her hand at fire knife dancing. Sully and Liesl wrestled and snuggled. It was a really nice day for everyone.
Just before leaving, I made my dad a late birthday cake. It was rushed, but it tasted good.
Goodbyes are always hard, the kids cried when they left. It's so nice to have visitors, and go on extra adventures, but sad when they leave. Their crying made Liesl cry too. We love you guys!
