A large grasshopper snuck his way into our coat closet and surprised us one afternoon as we dug for our shoes in the shoe bucket. Hawken and Lullaby and I were a bit afraid that it would jump at us, so we left it in the house until Matix got home and he rescued us right away. He is so brave with bugs. Thank goodness.

He loves bugs! Future entomologist, maybe? I'll never forget Shane Verwey always saying "My Dad's an entomologist."
I can't believe you left that grasshopper in the closet all day. I think that is more brave than finding a way to get it out.
