camping

We went out to the east side of the island to camp for just one night with the boy scouts. It rained most of the time we were there, which is typical for that area, and why it's so green. The kids loved eating hotdogs, and hanging out with the big kids on the beach. We camped at a beach park, so it was lovely hearing the waves crash all night.  As usual though, for camping, no one slept very well, and we all had to take naps when we went home.

These boys are lucky to have Paul for a leader, he is so much fun. And he's such a huge supporter of the program. I hope his replacements keep up the good work he has done for the group here.

It looks like you had a lot of fun. I'm sure those boys will miss Paul. Good scout leaders are hard to find.
