Dale wanted to learn how to suture, so Paul taught him on raw chicken. It was gross to watch, so I didn't, except for these couple pictures. It was a strange brother bonding moment. Paul taught him interrupted, running subcutaneous, and horizontal mattress stitches.

Good skill to have! Not what I use when we are sewing up a pig after stuffing for a pig roast though!
Okay, it does look much more gross than I thought it would for some reason.
