Our house was on the market for 3 days. THREE. During that time, we lived at the Children's Museum, the library, friends houses, Chick-fil-A, playgrounds, and in our car. We had showings from morning until night, it was crazy! After the 3 days, we had 7 official offers and we got to pick the one that we liked the best. We got a GREAT deal, and the buyers did too. Everyone walked away happy. They are also letting us rent back for free until the end of June, so it was seriously perfect. We went to the title place to sign off and officially sell our house. It was very exciting!
We celebrated with cupcakes in the car on the way home! So delicious! And so awesome, we know we were lucky to sell our house so quickly. It was a huge stress lifted off of us as we continued to plan and pack for our move!
Makenzie had watched our kids for us while we were at title and when we picked them up they had been playing all morning and couldn't stay awake in the car. Poor things. :) Thanks Makenzie!

I'm glad you took this experience so serious! :) Love those pics at the office. You cut Solace's hair!!!! WOW! He looks really cute. I'm not surprised that you sold your house so soon. You fixed it up so cute, and the Lord has watched over you kids from the very beginning.
