Hawken went to his first and only cub scout meeting in September. They made bird houses and bird feeders and talked about some things having to do with birds and nature. Hawken thought it was pretty fun, but the schedule wasn't our favorite. We had to quit. Paul really loves the boy scout program, so once the kids are old enough for that, they'll participate in that. At least we gave it a shot.

Was this a group from church? It's too bad they don't make it more convenient for the parents to get the boys there. The boys will love scouts, if they have a good leader.
