Matix really excelled at paddling this year in his canoe club. He learned lots and made great friendships. After practice, this log is the place to be for a nice cool dip in the river before heading home.
Or a nice swing in the trees.
When the races were at Kalapaki Bay, Paul always brought the surf boards so he could paddle out alongside the racing canoes to cheer Matix on. Hawken or Lullaby would go out too.
This race, Matix sat third, although fourth is his favorite position. They did great.
