We took the kids to the fair because Paul had purchased some tickets as a fundraiser ahead of time. Each kid got to decide how to spend their tickets and when they were out, we were done.
The highlights were this trampoline with bungee cords, Hawken running around and adding up the costs of his favorite activities then deciding on the most cost effective attractions, and Solace being a half an inch past the height requirement to get on all the big rides. He was so pleased with himself.

And I love that Hawken is so thoughtful about his money (or in this case his tickets). He will probably be just like his Mom and Dad when he is grown up, and have a spread sheet for his financial planning.
