kittens

Our little cat, Grass, who we thought was a boy cat, was in fact a girl, and she was pregnant, and had kittens. It was a wonderful surprise. Grass is very young, probably less than a year, and had three kittens herself. When Matix first discovered them in the woods, we didn't know how many kittens there were, here is the video. 

The runt of the litter, this tiny gray one, only lived one day, and died. The other two kittens were healthier, and bigger, and moved around lots and mewed. As sad as it was to see this one die, I was glad to see that Grass, although just a kitten herself, was able to take care of the healthy ones really well.
