Hawken has to wait the longest for birthday things, so as soon as we possibly could, we started letting him open gifts and cards. Thank you for all the thoughtful gifts, love notes, cards, and money. Hawken was excited about all of it!
All the kids got to open a little gift from Grandma Kim and Grandpa Louie too, ornaments for the (soon-to-be tree). Thanks!
Hawken is the MOST fun to photograph while opening gifts. His face is so expressive. He loved everything!
After school on his birthday, we took the kids to Menchie's for frozen yogurt since it was Menchie's birthday too, all cups, no matter how FULL, were only $5. So we got two for everyone to share. They were so big! One chocolatey (that all the kids wanted) and one fruity (that Paul and I ate). Yum!
