Today, this little snuggle bug is 9 months old. Wow!
Hawken can do so many things now, it's hard to keep up with him. Here are a few things about our little guy...- He can walk, although he is still unsteady on uneven surfaces and in new places.
- He can eat most tables foods and prefers to feed himself, but will still let us feed him baby food.
- He can wave good-bye and sometimes waves hello too.
- He is a momma's boy through and through and there is nothing we can do to change it.
- He likes to snuggle and give big wet open mouthed kisses.
- He loves to watch and follow Matix.
- He says "MAMA" loud and follows me around saying it until I pick him up.
- He giggles at most of the things Matix does.
- He sleeps about 12 hours at night, but still wakes up a TON to nurse.
- He takes 2 naps during the day, but still doesn't sleep as well as Matix does.
- He is very active and likes to be entertained.
- He is ALWAYS smiling.
- He is very talkative... He babbles and squawks all day.
- He is addicted to eating sand.
- He is constantly trying to get into the trash to get out the dirty diapers... Gross, I know.
- He loves to be outside and will cry if someone opens the door and won't let him go out.

Wow! I didn't know he had said his first word too! He's amazing!
Wow! Sounds like he is getting so big, so fast! Hawken is moving right along! I've heard that the 2nd child learns faster due to having the older child around to show them.... seems Hawken has proved that, that theory is right! He is so darn cute!
