We adventured to a new beach near us that we hadn't been to yet, on the day after Christmas. It's called Carl Smith Beach and is river fed, so it's super cold, but filled with turtles. The kids and Paul braved the water, but I just watched. Such a nice day. The weather was perfect and warm, but not too hot.
Sitting and watching the kids in the water, I saw a TINY crab eating. It was so interesting to watch. You can tell how small it is because of the blades of grass next to it.
