Krause Springs is a family owed area of land near Austin that is just DREAMY! I wish I had taken more pictures of the grounds. Huge trees, tons of places to eat, a beautiful pool at the edge of the cliff where the springs came out, and then following a steep hike down to the river there was a waterfall from the spring water pouring over into the river... What?! We will certainly be going back here again!
View of the spring water pouring down and joining the river water. It was cold, but refreshing on the hot summer day!
Paul went cliff jumping in this semi-sketchy area. There were some rocks in the water, but this time, Paul remembered to swim around and check... Still, it was a BIG drop.
There was also a rope swing from this tree. It was really deep underneath it. Matix was super brave and jumped several times. We were so surprised and proud of him! Paul of course, did a million tricks and flips. The kids cheered him on, which I think he loves.
We took turns swimming the big kids under the waterfall and back into the little caves, while the other one watched Sully. He was very busy eating rocks and dirt, as usual. It was pretty busy there, but not overcrowded. We had plenty of room and had lots of fun.

Paul is a risk-taker! That's for sure. Glad he checked first. Matix is getting pretty brave.
I'm surprised that Hawken isn't right there behind Matix in jumping. He's not afraid of climbing everything and jumping off. It looks like you guys had such a great day! How fun!
