We went to the Rogers' house to make salt dough ornaments. The kids stuck with this activity a lot longer than either of us expected. They had so much fun choosing the cookie cutter shape and pressing it in and then painting it.
Easy activity for even little Allie to do it. Allie was SUPER excited about the painting part. She ended up painting the large piece of rolled out dough, instead of her little cutout, which worked out fine, we had plenty of dough. Lullaby stayed downstairs in the playroom most of the time.
The finished products are still at their house, but one of these days we have plans to string them and hang all our new ornaments on the tree.

Salty fingers for an hour after doing that!! So fun!
I remember doing that with my kids and still have some of them. So much fun!
