Kisses good-bye, obviously, Lullaby was more excited about the kisses than Linnaea was.
Gavin humored me and posed for these pictures. He was a tough kid to get to know, but I think by the time we were leaving, he was warming up to me.
Paul and his big brother Dale.
Dale gave the kids these Lego magazines for the trip back to Georgia. They were lifesavers! The kids read them and pointed out which ones they wanted to buy and which sets had the coolest guys... Even Lullaby wanted to look at one.
After driving allllllll day, we decided to stop at Chuck E Cheese to let the kids run around and wear themselves out before finishing the rest of the drive. It worked. They had fun and crashed out after getting back into the car.
The drive was long, but worth it. Thank you again guys for having us out there for the holiday. It was so nice to see you all.

Smart move, going to Chuck E Cheese. You always come up with good ideas that make things work well for everyone.
Such a nice trip. Far, but worth it, as you said.
