St. Patrick's Day parade

Lullaby was in her first parade. Racine has a thing about parades, and uses any quasi-holiday as an excuse to have a parade down Main street. Of course my sister Heather's dance studio had a float in the parade, so we got to be in it too! Hooray! There we are on the right getting ready to start the parade!

My nieces Ryelle and Liesl were there with the other cheerleaders for their school. Lullaby was in love with them and all their green beads. :)

It was so much fun walking up and down the streets, waving and dancing. Lullaby fell asleep in the baby bjorn, of course, even despite the noise. Here are some pictures of the float and the parade. My dad drove the truck and Bradley manned shotgun.

Alexandra taking her job of handing out candy very seriously...

More pictures of the parade.

Chloe was loving the music, what a ham.

Along the route, we saw my oldest sister Robin. Fun!!

Kenzie and her "new" baby Ridge joined us along the way too. So fun. Isn't he handsome? And of course Mackenzie is as gorgeous as always. :)

Just before the parade, my sister Becky came over for a minute, to meet Lullaby. It was nice to see her and let Lullaby meet another auntie. :) Lullaby still has one more auntie on my side - Holly, and two more on Paul's side - Colleen and Vanessa that she hasn't met yet... Hurry up guys, you don't want to be the last ones, do you? :)
After the parade we all went back to my dad's house for some traditional Irish lunch. Corned beef, cabbage, rutabaga, turnips, etc. Super tasty. I didn't really get to see much of my dad at all on this trip, it all went by really fast. Maybe he should come visit me here in Georgia... Hint hint, Dad! Come visit me in Georgia! :)

Also, Heather, if you want any of these photos, let me know and I will send them your way.

Lots of great pictures! Only in Racine is a baby in her first parade before the age of one!
