Friends with pools are not very few and far between here, which is amazing. Our friends, the Ortiz family, have a great neighborhood pool that they invited us to. There is a slide, which is of course, amazing.
And a diving board, which was equally amazing. Matix was so timid at first. Luckily, Alexandra was there to show him it was fun!
Then she started doing tricks! Backward, forward, funny poses, the works. She loved it. I couldn't narrow down the pictures, they are all too fun!
After that, Matix got over his fear, and actually became quite comfortable with it, running off the edge without a care, posing for the camera, loving it.
Hawken, was cautious, and would only jump off the side into the deep end. He still wanted his picture taken, as this was an accomplishment for him. Pools aren't his thing, he still loves the ocean best.

Lullaby played in the shallows or with Grandma Stacy the whole time. Her idea of perfection.
This is where Sully learned to clap. Since I already posted about that, I'll just put one picture up, because it's still so stinking cute!
It was Rebekah's birthday, so we needed a picture with her before we left. Happy Birthday Rebekah! Thanks for inviting us to your pool!

Wow! A bunch of daredevils! We mailed Ali's life jacket. Is this before it arrived?
That was a really nice neighborhood pool and lunch included made it a great day with the grandkids. :) Solace was so proud of himself. Too cute!
