Aunt Liana (Stacy's sister) sent a book she made of the story of the baby hummingbirds that made a nest in a tree in her yard. The kids were fascinated.

Grandma Stacy comes to Texas
Grandma Stacy came two weeks ago (she is already gone now, but I am still catching up). Of course, she came bearing gifts. Whistling candies, like toot sweets from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. The kids loved them! What a fun treat!
While Grandma was here (and later on, Grandpa too), we went on lots of adventures. To the beach a few times, to the children's museum several times, to the zoo... It was a short and fun visit.

It was too short, but I loved every minute, well maybe not the misquito part. :)
