the cottage

Robin and John had us up at their cottage one night for dinner and boat rides. Another thing on the kids' list was crossed off. :) They got a new pontoon boat and Solace had his first boat ride!

The boys got turns helping Uncle John drive the boat. So exciting! They talked about it for days afterward.

In the middle of the lake, Uncle John and Matix jumped in. The others weren't as brave.

Then there were rides on the gulf cart with Liesl and Nick. (This is when my lens stopped focusing... so lots of the pictures are blurry, so sad!) Then rides on the jet ski with Nick.

Story time with Auntie Robin. Lullaby was entranced.

Dinner was amazing, in fact, I got the recipes from Robin to repeat at home. Thanks Rob! My dad came too and made the night that much better. It was a perfect day. I love my family.
